The compact small pneumatic piston diaphragm regulating valve consists of a diaphragm valve and a pneumatic actuator. It is powered by compressed air and regulates the flow of fluid medium in the process piping. Due to the structural use of the corrosion-resistant lining valve body and the corrosion-resistant diaphragm, the no-filler structure, the throttling element is the elastic diaphragm, and the valve body flow path is smooth, the pneumatic diaphragm valve has a small force and a large flow rate. It has the advantages of no leakage, convenient and reliable, fireproof and explosion-proof. It is widely used in industrial automation systems for the regulation of strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion, high viscosity, containing granules, with fiber and toxic and non-contaminated media.
The closing and opening of the diaphragm valve is achieved by the pressure from the line acting on the reinforced rubber diaphragm. When the pressure medium enters the valve control chamber, the diaphragm is pressed down, closing the valve passage. When the control chamber pressure is discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream pipeline, the diaphragm rises and the valve passage is opened. The valve does not have a valve stem, a gasket, an orientation seat, etc. The only component that moves in the channel is the diaphragm, so there is no rust and lock, and it has higher stability. A variety of structural forms and control forms are available for a variety of fluid control needs.
Pneumatic diaphragm valve is specially designed to control non-corrosive or general corrosive media. The surface of the valve body is unlined or covered with various rubbers. It is suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. Applicable temperature: ≤85°C, ≤100 °C, ≤120°C, ≤150°C (according to the lining and diaphragm material)

1. The biggest difference between diaphragm valve and other valves is that it adopts the structure without packing box; the rubber diaphragm can make the corrosive medium in the flow channel completely separated from all driving parts, thus eliminating the "running and running" of the normal valve. , drops, leaks and other drawbacks.
2. Since the flow path of the diaphragm valve is smooth and the flow resistance is small, a large flow rate can be obtained.
3. The surface of the valve body cavity of the plastic diaphragm valve depends on the various rubbers selected for the hall. Therefore, it has superior corrosion resistance.
4. Because the seal is a flexible rubber diaphragm. Therefore, it also has better sealing and minimum closing force.
5. The valve consists of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm and other drive parts.
6. The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by rotating the hand wheel. The diaphragm valve is marked with a display color at the upper end of the valve cover to indicate the opening or closing position of the valve to indicate the opening and closing stroke of the valve. When the handwheel is placed clockwise, the handwheel moves down, and the valve flap drives the diaphragm down to cut off the passage; otherwise, the valve opens and the color is revealed.
