Features and uses

This series of angle seat valve is a new generation of pneumatic angle seat valve developed by our company with the latest introduction of foreign production technology and modern industrial application. It is widely used in food and chemical processes, sterilization machines, autoclaves, dry cleaning machines, beer production lines. Compared with the traditional angle seat valve, it has the following new features: 1. Visual position indication: It can be connected to a limit switch or an emergency manual device. 2, easy to install: the pneumatic head can be rotated 360 o. One to two limit switches can be easily installed. 3, advanced pneumatic controller: thickened engineering plastic shell, safe and reliable. Low-wear piston structure with large capacity and low air consumption. Internal components are self-lubricating and maintenance free. 4, with a variety of control methods: normally open, normally closed, double action. 5. A smaller pneumatic actuator is required: a smaller control head can be selected when fluid flows in from above the valve stem. 6, easy to connect: MAMUR standard connection, embedded metal joints. 7, long life guide: valve stem shaped Teflon (PTEE) seal, to avoid the introduction of stolen goods. Self-lubricating, maintenance free. The stem is specially treated to ensure optimum fixation and to automatically correct position. 8. No water hammer action, when the fluid flows in from below the valve stem, the water hammer (water impact force) is absorbed. 9. Advanced valve body mechanism: The flow rate is 30% larger than the ordinary angle seat, the volume is smaller, and the fluid flow state is better. Stainless steel 316 valve body, Teflon seal, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance. Life expectancy is up to seven million times.
