Multi-turn valve electric device, commonly known as Z-type. Applicable to the valve to determine the linear motion Multi-turn valve electric device, commonly known as Z-type. Applicable to valves with linear motion of valve discs, such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, water gates, etc. It is used to open, close or adjust the valve, which is an indispensable driving device for remote control, centralized control and automatic control of the valve. They have the features of full function, reliable performance, advanced control system, small size, light weight, convenient use and maintenance.
Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, paper, sewage treatment and other departments.
Multi-turn electric actuators are: outdoor type, explosion-proof type, integral type, integral adjustment type, explosion-proof integral type, flameproof overall adjustment type, etc. According to the connection type: there are torque type and thrust type.
The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices". Explosion-proof performance in accordance with GB3836.1-83 "General requirements for explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres", GB3836.2-83 "Explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosion-proof electrical equipment "d"" and JB/T8529-1997 Provisions for Technical Conditions for Explosion-Proof Valve Electric Devices. And through the National Explosion-proof Electrical Products Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center, it has obtained a full range of explosion-proof certificates. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China to obtain a national industrial product production license.
3.1 Power supply: The motor is three-phase AC, 380V (special order 660V, 440V or 220V), 50Hz (special order 60Hz); control line voltage 220V/50Hz (special order 60Hz); remote control voltage 24VDC.
3.2 Working environment:
3.2.1 Ambient temperature: -20-+60°C (special order-60-+80°C)
3.2.2 Relative temperature: ≤90% (at 25 °C)
3.2.3 Peripheral media: common and outdoor type for non-flammable/explosive and non-corrosive media; explosion-proof products are dI and dIIBT4, dI is suitable for non-mining face of coal mine; dIIBT4 is used for factory It is suitable for explosive gas mixtures with environment IIA, IIB grade T1-T4. 3.2.4 Protection level: The outdoor type is IP55 (customizable IP67).
3.3 Work system: for a short time of 10 minutes (can be customized for 30 minutes).
