Structural features of electric butterfly valve

The electric butterfly valve has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, low material consumption, small installation size, used for cutting, connecting and adjusting the medium in the pipeline, and has good fluid control characteristics and closed sealing performance. When the butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the disc is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is small, so it has better flow control characteristics.

Electric butterfly valve structural characteristics:

First, under high temperature and high pressure conditions, it still has stable sealing performance. Its special sealing system guarantees high sealing performance from ultra-low temperature to ultra-high temperature range.

Second, the three-dimensional eccentric sealing system combined with the optimized design of the valve makes the valve opening resistance small. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is an upwardly convex cone. When opening, the points on the circumferential surface of the butterfly plate are simultaneously separated from the sealing ring, and the solid matter is not easily accumulated on the sealing surface. The valve closing process is completed by the elastic compression of the sealing ring.

Third, there is no phase-card phenomenon between the butterfly plate and the sealing ring.

Fourth, the sealing performance of the valve is not affected by temperature changes.

5. The shaft diameter of the valve stem is sealed by graphite. In summary, zero leakage is ensured, and the metal seal is zero-leakage before, during, and after the fire, so it is an essential fire safety type.

Used in textile, power station, petrochemical, heating and cooling, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, metallurgy, light industry, environmental protection, etc.
